On 14th May 2018, Jaywing Intelligence were appointed by Domino’s UK and Ireland to manage their PPC using Decision, our AI-powered PPC management platform. Initially this was a 3-month trial, and a 12-month contract was signed due to the exceptional performance. We wanted to demonstrate the advantages of removing the human bias in PPC management and to show how Decision could improve commercial performance. As a result of Jaywing Intelligence’s sophisticated AI-powered PPC model, Domino’s saw key performance gains through the development of a completely new approach to hourly bid management, growing perceived ‘quiet’ periods and maximising peak ordering times. From midnight to 4am, Decision found demand previously under-utilised which helped to deliver 489% incremental revenue against an 8.7% reduction in media spend, in addition to maximising operational efficiencies.
