Changes to the way travel agencies work required Disney to update their travel trade training platform to meet the needs of more technology-enabled users. In order to be at the cutting-edge of agency training, the platform needed to move from a ‘desktop-first’ to a ‘mobile-first’ experience. Front Page rewrote the entire Disney Stars training course for Walt Disney World, and created a new programme for Disney Cruise line. Rather than one 60-minute training course, the new platform contained bite-size content, in 5-10 minute chunks using video and photography to enhance the learning experience.
