Hidden are creating the new model for talent, with talent and culture strategies to make a better working world. The employer’s and candidate’s recruitment process is powered by two unique mobile apps. Hidden technology helps the right people into the right jobs, without bias, presenting talent, skills and work first; without name, age, gender or education. Hidden Talent Partners work with clients to redefine their talent acquisition strategies; reviewing employer brand, social media, sourcing, the interview process, data analytics and the workforce plan to help them hire more diverse talent and create more inclusive cultures. Having already delivered over half a million pounds in savings for their partners and a 61% female hiring ratio, Hidden are reshaping recruitment practices and changing cultures. Through their own initiatives; such as the job sharing platform Pairents and Don’t Be Hidden (their pledge to make businesses more mentally healthy), Hidden are driving sustainable impact from the inside.
