Rachel Falconer is an innovation consultant, digital art curator and writer based in London. Operating at the intersection of innovation, creative production, emergent technologies, and networked culture she works across the creative tech industry.
Her curating and innovation activities explore how emergent technologies such as AI, Machine Learning and VR effect creative processes and output. She advocates for the disruptive potential of the critical application of emergent technologies for the creative industries and the wider business landscape.
She currently heads up Goldsmiths Digital Studios – an inter-disciplinary commercial studio of creative technologists offering rapid prototyping and innovation solutions for the creative industries and beyond. The studio’s unique offer lies in the commercial creative application of emergent technologies including AI, Machine Learning, Signal Processing and VR, and acts as an industry testbed for technologically driven creative experimentation.
