Jessica has spent the best part of 20 years working closely with clients across a range of sectors from fashion, gaming, FMCG, consumer electronics and entertainment to not for profit and government. This has been mainly as an agency lead in client service and business development.

In recent years, Jessica has been focused on the transformation of a range of public sector and corporate organisations, projects that have often had technology at the heart. Working alongside business partner Phil Dearson and Subsector’s own transformation approach The POP Method® Jessica helps people plan and prioritise major programmes of growth and evolution. These projects cover a wide range of processes such as organisational structure, working practices, communication, internal skills and capabilities, partnerships, knowledge sharing and, ultimately, culture. All of which Subsector help organisations plan for.

Jessica’s current clients include global insurance firms, one of Britain’s best loved charities, some growing and some well established agencies and a digital skills training specialist. The work includes Consulting, Conference Design, Training, Keynote Speaking and ongoing advisory roles.

Jessica also sits on the Diversity Council for BIMA and is a member of Innovation Social.
