Head of Omnichannel Content & Marketing Operations at British Airways
Amanda has over 20 years’ experience in the marketing services industry, much of which spent at creative agencies, including McCann-Erickson and Proximity, leading them to CEO-level. She has worked with the world’s biggest brands on digital, direct and advertising communications, with creative content winning nearly 200 industry awards for creativity, innovation, strategy and business results.
With an academic background to Masters degree level in behavioural psychology, she brings with her both the ‘maths and the magic’ understanding to create content that engages customers, but importantly delivers commercial impact. She is currently head of omnichannel content and marketing operations at British Airways, leading their marketing communications globally.
