Working with LV= Liverpool Victoria to shape the future direction of its General Insurance business was a dream brief for TH_NK. Not simply because the opportunity for digital transformation in insurance is undeniable, or because LV is the most respected and trusted insurance brands in the UK. But because the Digital Transformation Director came to us with what she felt was an impossible challenge: create a fundamental mind shift within the organisation – from board level down – towards digital and the positive impact it could create in augmenting LV’s offline award-winning customer experience, and the business itself.
