Founders Michelle Morgan and Sam Conniff set up Livity in 2001, born out of the idea of bringing together profit and purpose. 16 years on the model has proven to be fantastically successful. Livity re-branded this year as the industry’s first youth-led creative network, meaning everything they do as a full-service creative agency is with and for young people. In October 2016, Livity received a £1.5m investment to accelerate their growth ambitions and enhance their specialist agency offering. They have already had a positive impact on thousands of young peoples lives and with this investment, their impact will be so much more. They are reinventing business models, distribution models, recruitment models and at the same time putting purpose at the heart of their business. They are awesome.
