Kim O’Brien is the Director of Analytics at SapientRazorfish_ where she is dedicated to overseeing the global analytics team for the Unilever account. Previously Kim spent 7 years as the Head of Analytics at AKQA London and prior to AKQA Kim held roles in Marketing Operations and Analytics at DigitasLBi. Her experience spans a number of industry verticals and fortune 500 companies, including automotive, travel, eCommerce and FMCG.
With more than 17 years of experience, Kim is particularly interested in the application of emerging technologies and advanced statistical techniques to help evolve the use of data and enable optimisation. Having started her career doing database marketing, she is passionate about CRM analytics as well as omni-channel test design.
Kim has also served on the judging panel for the i-com data creativity awards for the past 4 years. I-com is an international industry body responsible for annual evaluation of work that showcases meaningful innovation in the field of data and analytics.
