Managing Director at AnalogFolk / Co-Founder of Stripes

Ete is the Managing Director of AnalogFolk London (, an independent digital creative agency, whose mission is to “use digital to make the analog world better”, a mission which focuses the agency on working with purpose-led brands, to create connected brand experiences that help people achieve their ambitions.

Since joining the agency in 2015, he’s been a driving force behind the agency’s growth (including new business wins of BT,, Costa, Unilever, Nike and PepsiCo) and the evolution of the agency’s proposition from Digital Marketing to ‘Experiences and Innovation’.

He also led AnalogFolk’s partnership with the Camden Roundhouse which lead to the launch of the Roundhouse Innovation Bootcamps, a digital skills training program for young creatives.

Away from AnalogFolk, Ete is the co-founder of Stripes , which is a U.K., based initiative with the mission to create opportunities for people from the Black Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) community across the creative industries.
