Adrian started his career abroad at Ogilvy & Mather, working in Africa on Unilever and Nestle Brands, before joining Bates UK (Now WPP). He then moved to Barclays working across retail, business, wealth and international banking in various marketing and campaign management roles. His final role was to embed the brand internally across the U.K. with responsibility for galvanizing 25,000 Colleagues for Sara Bennison.
At Eurostar, he was hired to transform the brand across Europe winning multiple industry awards, records profits, and levels of customer satisfaction & employee engagement.
He now runs Brands with Values, a Cultural Analytics Platform & Consultancy for Brands wanting meaningful change & People transformation. And BAME 2020, its purpose is to improve diversity & Inclusion in the marketing, media and communications industry.
